Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at different stages with the following conditions:

  • Before Production Starts: 100% refund (within 48 hours of order confirmation)
  • After Production Starts (but before 30%): 70% refund (10% deduction for materials + labor)
  • After 30% Production Completion: 50% refund (non-refundable for customized items)
  • Ready for Dispatch: No refund, but you may defer delivery up to 60 days
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Once production crosses 30%, cancellations are non-refundable due to personalized specifications.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Full refund if notified within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong Item Delivered: Full refund or replacement within 7 days
  • Significant Damage in Transit: Full refund if reported within 48 hours with photos
  • Order Cancellation (Early Stage): As per cancellation timeline above
  • Non-Delivery After 60 Days: Full refund if we fail to deliver within promised timeline
Inspection Required: For defect claims, our team will inspect the product before processing the refund.

Return Conditions

For approved returns, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be intact
  • No scratches, dents, or damage to the product
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Original invoice must be provided
  • Photos/videos of the defect or issue required for approval
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, modular kitchens, and used/assembled products are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  1. Step 1: Submit Request

  2. Step 2: Inspection (if required)

    Our team will schedule a visit to inspect the product

  3. Step 3: Approval

    Once approved, refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days

  4. Step 4: Refund Credit

    Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days

Processing Time: Bank processing may take additional 5-7 days for credit to reflect in your account.

  • Cash Payment: Bank transfer within 7 business days
  • Advance Payment Cancellation: 5-7 business days
Note: Refunds exclude delivery/transportation charges unless the error is from our end.

  • Modular kitchen units post-installation
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Used, assembled, or installed furniture
  • Orders beyond 7-day return window
  • Change of mind after production completion
  • Color/finish mismatch if approved samples were provided beforehand

Replacement Instead of Refund

We encourage replacements over refunds for faster resolution:

  • Faster Resolution: Replacement within 7-10 days vs 14-21 days for refunds
  • No Restocking Fee: Unlike refunds, replacements are free of deductions
  • Quality Assured: Replacement items go through double quality checks
  • Priority Delivery: Replacements get expedited processing
Recommended: Opt for replacement if you still need the furniture. It's faster and hassle-free!
